Spice Rack

It has salts, pepper, garlic, italian seasonings and others. These spices are each in a grinder container that you turn to grind it out. Its a pretty nice one that I forgot about; Is it still good ?

The salt will be fine since it's just a mineral anyway.
The other spices, and especially the herbs, will lose some of their flavor if haven't been air-tight and/or exposed to much heat (or perhaps also UV light). Most will probably be fine though if they haven't been left in a really hot place or not tightly closed though.
(If most cooks had to replace all herbs and spices they'd bought in the last 1-2 years or even 4 years but not used, they'd be in the poor house!**)

Btw, the grinders aren't really necessary except for pepper and other whole spices...they look kind of fun though and often used for herb/spice mixes. They may also let more air in perhaps?? (The one I bought for cinnamon and sugar, I think, doesn't give good taste at all though.)

Take a sniff of each, then decide if it still has power. Even if it's not really strong, you can release the flavor and odor of herbs by crushing them some before using (or just use more than the recipe calls for).
For spices in particular, heating them will bring out their flavors and add even more by "toasting" (just put into a med-hot pan for a minute or so and stir around, or put in the oven awhile on a baking sheet, etc) then use, or crush.

**this doesn't include a few other things that might be old though like baking powder and cream of tartar, e.g. ...those can lose their potency over time and need to be replaced when they get old
